Tondavali Sangam

A Sangam (confluence point) is also where Kalaval Creek meets the Arabian Sea. Lush green Cyprus orchards surround Tondavali's seashore, and spending a siesta here is a relaxing experience. From here, you can see the 'Kavada rock' in the deep sea.

Sindhudurg Fort

Sindhudurg Fort is a historical fort that occupies an island in the Arabian Sea, just off the coast of Maharashtra in Western India. The fort was built by Shivaji Maharaj.The fortress lies on the shore of Malvan town of Sindhudurg District in the Konkan region of Maharashtra

Rameshwar Temple

Chhatrapati Shambhu Raje of Kolhapur gifted to Shri Dev Rameshwar (Lord Shiva). Rameshwar temple has self immersed Shivalingam in the sanctum. Architecture of the temple is grand and spectacular.‘Ramnavami’ is the most emminent occasion celebrated at this temple.

Dolphin Point

For around a Decade, Malvan has seen Dolphins playing all around the ocean. Around January – February, you can even spot a big family of dolphins basking in the warm sun enjoying the clear ocean. They swim in synchronization making it a spectacular view. You can go for a boat ride where you can spot Dolphins.

Jai Ganesh Temple

Malvan's Jai Ganesh is renowned for its religious significance and architecture. The temple was built by Jayant Salgaonkar, an Indian businessman, historian, scholar, and writer. The main sanctum is decorated with the gold plated idol of Lord Ganesh accompanied by the statues of Riddhi Siddhi. 

Dhamapur Lake

Dhamapur Lake, one of the biggest lakes in Sindhudurg district &  is slso one of four Indian historical structures selected from India to receive the World Heritage Irrigation Structure (WHIS) award for 2020. Dhamapur Lake is the first in Maharashtra to win the WHIS award.

Vengurla Light House

Vengurla Rocks is famous for its lighthouses. The old lighthouse is located on Burnt island. It was constructed in the 1800s by the British. This was the first lighthouse built by the British in the 1800’s. Back in the day, the lighting apparatus that was to be installed did not reach there on time, and it was then decided to burn a log fire as a source of light.

Amboli Ghat

Amboli Ghat is a mountain pass in the  Sahyadri. The hill station of Amboli lies on this ghat. This ghat witness heavy rainfall and is surrounded by rich wildlife forest, waterfalls and beautiful natural landscape. When it's raining, the mountains are entirely covered with foggy clouds & view The scene is simply Magical.

Sawantwadi Palace

The Royal Palace of Sawantwadi  is one of the major tourist attractions of the Sindhudurg District. Built by Khem Sawant Bhonsle, the ruler of this region during 1755-1803. It is located in Middle of Sawantwadi city. Sawantwadi is easily reachable by road from Mumbai , kolhapur and Pune.
